Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Our main markets are the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the European Union.

Where orders ship from

To keep prices low, orders are sent directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in Asia. This is why delivery takes longer than a domestic order, and why we say so before you buy.

Delivery times

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
United States: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, European Union: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days after dispatch.

During peak periods (November to January, Chinese New Year, and major sale events) add up to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on orders of $45 or more. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $4.95. Rest of the world: $9.95. Bundles always ship free.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships, usually within 3 business days of your order. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to show its first scan.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Where we are able to collect import duties and taxes at checkout, they are shown there and nothing further is due on delivery. Where we cannot, duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs before delivery; these are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived after 5 days, email hello@nimbusrelief.com. We reship at no cost or refund in full, your choice.
