1. Who we are

This store is operated by Nimbus Relief ("we", "us"). Our contact details are on the Contact page. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

2. Our products

Nimbus Relief products are comfort and wellness products: cooling and warming wraps, masks, pillows and mats. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have circulatory problems or reduced skin sensation, ask your doctor before using cold or heat products. Stop using a product if you feel discomfort.

3. Safe use

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Always test the temperature of a warmed product on the inside of your wrist before use, never microwave a product longer than instructed, place a cloth between a frozen product and bare skin if it feels too cold, limit each session to 20 to 30 minutes, do not use on broken or damaged skin, and keep products away from children unless supervised. Do not use a gel product that is punctured or leaking.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your region shows a local currency at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; our order confirmation email is our acceptance. We may cancel an order and refund it in full where a product is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. Promotional prices and "compare at" prices are indicative of the regular price of comparable products and are not a guarantee of savings.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs, and how duties are handled are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product images and descriptions

We work hard to describe and show our products accurately. Some lifestyle images on this site are created or edited digitally. Colours can vary slightly between screens and batches, and measurements are approximate.

8. Reviews and content

If we display customer reviews, they come from customers who bought the product. We do not publish reviews we know to be fake, and we do not pay for reviews.

9. Intellectual property

The Nimbus Relief name, wordmark, site design, text, images and videos are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
